What our people have to say

Why work at Smits?

Working together on special greenery

Smits is not a standard tree nursery. With 200 hectares of nursery, mainly open-field cultivation and a modern container field, we work daily on trees and hedges for the higher segment. We do everything in-house: from cultivation and selection to sales and transport. That makes the work varied and involved. We work in a close-knit team, where we help each other, solve problems together and share successes. We like clarity, tackling and thinking along.
